Bio-Clean Degreaser can be use neat on heavily soiled areas or diluted with up to 20 parts water as a general maintenance cleaner. Always test on a hidden portion of the substrate before application. Apply Bio-Clean liberally working in to the substrate with a soft broom. Allow to act for 3-4 minutes for light contamination and 5-10 minutes for heavily contaminated areas (for areas with very heavy, penetrated grime a second application may be necessary). Whilst the area is still wet, flush the area with clean water making sure all residues of cleaning agent are removed.
